All photos, videos, and other media taken during the tournament may be used by Jordan Haerter Fishing Tournament Inc. for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant us permission to use your likeness and images in these materials.

6. Donations

Donations made to Jordan Haerter Fishing Tournament Inc. are voluntary and are used to support our mission of honoring veterans. We will provide detailed information about how donations are used in our annual reports.
